Yin

In this yoga class we will hold poses for many breaths, sometimes up to 3-5 minutes. Often times additional props will be used to bring both comfort and the access to deepen your practice. Yin yoga seeks to strengthen and lengthen the connective tissues inside the body to promote recovery and prevent injury. It is suitable for all levels of students and is a great compliment to dynamic (yang) styles of yoga.


Vinyasa

Vinyasa means to change shape in coordination with your breath. This class is a faster paced class where each movement is synchronized to a breath, sometimes holding poses just long enough to check in on alignment and deepen into a pose before moving onto the next. Enjoy plenty of sun salutations, dynamic movement, and a variety of yoga postures designed to attain balance in the mind and body.

Heated Vinyasa

Join us in this class as we raise the temperature, literally. The heat is set between 87-90 degrees while paired with carefully created playlists and a vinyasa sequence designed to get you out of your head and into your body, soul and spirit. The pace of this class is quick and energetic and the added heat is a great reminder to stay present. Please bring a towel and water and join us on your mat for a fun and heat-filled practice.



Slow Flow

During a slow flow class we take our time to pause and feel, adjust and observe in each pose, finding the perfect balance of alignment and flow. In this class you might find we practice about half the amount of poses taught in a typical vinyasa sequence. You will feel a deep stretch as well as fluid movement throughout this hour. This is a great class for both beginners and seasoned yogis looking to find a deep connection to body, mind, and breath.


Power Flow

Did someone say push-ups? This is an amped up vinyasa style class where we will get our heart rates up and work up a sweat. Although you will experience similar poses to a vinyasa class, there will be fewer resting asanas (poses), as power flow is meant to be a challenge! All levels are welcome, but there is less time for instruction and more time for movement. Leave your ego at the door for this one and come as you are.


Restorative Yin

In this 75 minute long class we will use candlelight and props to create a relaxing environment that will help us find rest for our mind, body, and soul. This class is beneficial to those that want to relieve stress and anxiety, as well as those that want to recover from more intense workouts.


Hatha

Start your day with us in the studio with soft lighting, music and of course, yoga! This is a hatha style class where we hold both sitting and standing poses for five to seven breaths. Suitable for all levels, our instructors offer both modifications and opportunities to challenge yourself with each pose.
